Decisions related to refinancing operations and tender procedures
On 4 August 2011 the Governing Council took decisions relating to refinancing operations and tender procedures in order to address renewed tensions in some financial markets in the euro area. These decisions were announced on the same day in a press release that is available on the ECB’s website.
